Altrusa Levin donation to the Student Driver Licencing Programme

HLC/LTTM CEO Patrick Rennell thanks Ruth Rawlings of Altrusa Levin for their donation to the Student Driver Licencing Programme. This scheme provides free professional driving instruction to students in Horowhenua, Waiopehu and Manawatu Colleges and support with obtaining a driver’s licence.

The Altrusa donation will be used to support students requiring additional assistance with the cost of the licence test.

Obtaining a driver’s licence is fundamental to being able to engage in our district and the support of organisations such as Altrusa will make a significant difference to the recipients of this funding.
