Matariki

HLC/LTTM was buzzing with energy today during our Matariki celebrations.   A big thanks to our tamariki from St Joseph'e school for opening our celebrations with a heartfelt Kapa Haka performance.   Some of our star students were presented with a pounamu to celebrate their success.  Our Cookery & Hospitality Tutor's and students all worked together to provide a shared lunch.  This was followed by joint activities such as Weaving, Koauau making making, stick games and Matariki stories and Waiata run by our Tutors.
