Youth Hospitality lunches

Over the last couple of weeks, the staff at HLC have been treated to meals and service practice from the Youth Hospitality course. We could see the improvement as the weeks went on, a big thumbs up to Doreen our tutor for all her efforts over the last couple of weeks. The class now has a well deserved week off. They were a bit camera shy, but here are some photos of the meals and some happy staff members.
