- Must be NZ citizen or Permanent Resident
- For under 20 yrs, NCEA Level 1
- For over 20yrs, demonstrated ability to study at tertiary level e.g. Completed Hospitality L2
- Cannot be enrolled in secondary school

Qualifications

On successful completion of the course students will receive:
- NZ Certificate in Hospitality Level 3

– Waiting experience in food & beverage service.

– Cocktail mixology.

– Hospitality specific legislation.

– These programmes will require some after hours work experience.

Outline

Combine your passion for food, wine and great service with the NZ Certificate in Hospitality Level 3 programme. Prepare and serve the types of food and beverages offered at cafes and functions with our essential hospitality course.
